Stephanie Kintner – Memory Care Director
As Memory Care Director, I am thrilled to pursue my passion in working with our most precious residents in Memory Care. Enriching their lives and encouraging them to reflect on memories and moments in time that are important to them fills me with gratitude.
Personally, I am the mother of twins, Hunter and Paige, and my favorite title is “Grandma” to my sweet granddaughter, Charlie Elaine!

Aaron McCormick – Culinary Director
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, I have lived in Indiana for nearly 20 years, with two years in California in the middle. I have been a chef for almost 25 years, with the last several years being in retirement communities.
As much as I enjoy cooking, I enjoy baking even more. I love serving seniors and creating a dining experience that encourages fellowship and good eating!

Desara Brush, RN – Director of Wellness
I am honored to serve as the Health & Wellness Director at Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park. I have been a nurse for almost 20 years, and a Director of Nursing for 7 of those years. My heart and true calling are with the senior population. I love being a nurse and knowing that I have purpose in the world.
Personally, I am a mother of two beautiful girls, Zoey and Chloe, and they are my world. I love spending time with my family and friends and watching my girls in all their sporting events.

Angie Evans – Life Enrichment Director
As Life Enrichment Director, I feel I have such an awesome job to be able to spend my time at work around such beautiful, fun and loving people as my residents. I love them! They tend to bless me more every day way more than I could ever enrich their lives.
Prior to my current role, I started out in the healthcare industry as a full time Activity Assistant in Memory Care. I also have served as a Villa Lifestyle Director for a senior living community.
Personally, I enjoy hiking and seeking waterfalls in the Appalachian Mountains. I am also an amateur colored pencils artist and an all-around crafty eclectic person. I also passionately love animals.

Rusty Hughes – Director of Maintenance
Rusty began his maintenance career at IMS in 1990. After gaining skills and expertise in various departments for 28 years, he moved on to the hotel and apartment industry and eventually landed in senior living.
Personally, he and his wife Amy are nearly empty nesters with their last of five children soon graduating high school. They also share a beautiful granddaughter. Rusty enjoys music, traveling and the outdoors.

Jess Hampton – Business Office Manager & Human Resources & Accounting Specialist
With a heart for people and a mind for business, I bring years of experience in human resources, accounting, and office management to every role I take on. I’m passionate about helping individuals thrive — whether that’s through creating efficient systems, supporting team growth, or simply offering a listening ear.
As a proud mom to three amazing kids —Madison, Natalye, and Krue — and a brand-new grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter, family is at the core of everything I do. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying DIY projects, sewing, swimming, or shopping with my loved ones. I believe in building a life you love, and I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.
